Designed for Woody, an exhibition of new designers curated by Michael Marriott. This design refers to how old jam jars are employed as ad-hoc containers, their contents labelled through a sticker or a piece of tape. Write-on is a development of a traditional archetype. They provide us with an anonymous container, which may be labelled, relabelled, and used, for whatever we choose. In writing on the container and labelling it we also personalise the object with our handwriting.
